What type of payment do you accept?

You can pay with bank transfer or paypal



Do you accept custom orders?

I do take custom or personalized orders when I send the designs to print, which happens every three to four months. I always announce it on my Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/PSBesitos
Then I give you a week to send me your design. Prices will vary depending on the design and the work I must put into it.  Please contact me with your custom order to info@psbesitos.com



How do you ship your items?

My clutches are mailed in bubble wrap, inside a cardboard box, with registered mailed with a tracking number and signed for. If you want insured mailed, especially for personalized items, ask me before you buy it.



How long will it take for my item to be shipped once I purchase it?

Shipment time can vary depending on the availability of the item. If the item is not on stock, it can take about a week from the time of purchase. If it’s on stock it will be sent in maximum two days after purchase.



What is the delivery time?

International shipping can take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks, especially during the holidays: if you have to make a gift, remember to do it at the right time!



What is your refund policy?

If you received a wrong or damaged item, I will refund it to you; in other cases (theft etc.) I will not be responsible. I will not be responsible of any package if it returns back to me when it arrives to destination and the client does not pick it up within the time that the postal office issues it. Remember: handmade creations may have minor imperfections like small glue spots and Money will not be refund for that reason. Of course, I’ve never had anyone complain in that aspect!:-)

 


Will you keep in contact if your shop is closed for vacation?

If I’m not on vacation, I will answer any mail within a couple of hours. I carry my iPhone with me at all times! Remember that I am in Europe and consider the time zone.
